DAVE SANFORD | President & Trustee
Dave is a long time member of Trenton Street Outreach supporting its mission to serve individuals facing homelessness and hardship in Trenton, New Jersey. He brings over 25 years of experience in logistics and operations, helping to strengthen the organization’s structure and support its early development. He is committed to advancing access to essential services and promoting stability within the community.
CHRIS RYAN | Vice President & Trustee
Chris Ryan is a long-time resident of New Jersey born in Camden and raised in Atlantic County. Chris studied music and law in Massachusetts where he first gained experience serving Boston’s most in need at the Pine Street Inn and as a volunteer for City Year. After graduating from Suffolk Law School, Chris practiced law as a litigation attorney in Brooklyn, New York for a decade, Chris returned to New Jersey to raise a family and has since remained in New Jersey. Chris was called to serve with Trenton Street Outreach by fellow board member and friend Daryl Todd in 2025. He continues to serve on Sunday mornings with the TSO team. Chris lives in Central Jersey with his three children including his son Nick who also serves with TSO.
MARC NORMAND | Treasurer & Trustee
Marc Normand lives with his wife and two kids in West Windsor, NJ where he works as a marketing analytics, research, and insights consultant. His professional experience spans over 20 years in the Media & Entertainment industry, including executive roles at Disney and NBCUniversal. Raised Catholic and Jesuit-educated, Marc embraces the mission of Trenton Street Outreach to provide resources and connection to the good people of Trenton.
DARYL TODD | Secretary & Trustee
Daryl Todd has been a health care attorney working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than twenty years. He has worked with a number of non-profit organizations to help low-income patients access needed medicines. For more than ten years, he served as Secretary to the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation and Secretary to the Johnson & Johnson Foundation.
MARK AUSTIN | Trustee
Mark Austin has been a New Jersey resident for over 40 years and has called Brandon Farms in Hopewell Township home for nearly 28 years. He holds a degree in psychology from Towson University and began his career in education, supporting students in need as a resource teacher in South Brunswick. For more than 40 years, he has been a local painting contractor, bringing a longstanding commitment to service and community to Trenton Street Outreach.
